My rambunctious 1 year old Australian Shepherd, Nova, has managed to injure and endanger her eyes 2 times in the less than a year I've had her. Once for a cut third eyelid from trying to play with her feline sister, and once for an abscess behind her eye. VEC - Mass has come to the rescue both times with exceptional service and as best I can judge very reasonable pricing. While I very much hope I don't have to be a return client again in the near future, if I do, I know Nova would be in the best hands. Both times we had to visit they were able to get us in same day to be seen. Appointments were always on-time and thorough but still quick. We never waited long (or really at all) and the techs and Vets were always very clear in communicating Nova's diagnosis, treatment, answering questions and concerns. The first time we visited being new dog-owners, they were very helpful with getting us documents we needed for our pet insurance and also were very helpful in offering treatment options that could potentially be more affordable. Our second visit, I didn't hesitate to book after we had some doubts about an "eye infection" Nova had that wasn't really responding to treatment and didn't seem like normal pink eye. So glad we went to them for a second opinion and they got us in for an appointment quickly because they were able to correct her diagnosis early and we got Nova on the right medication for a quick and full recovery. Highly recomment VEC!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Veterinary Eye Center as a new patient with my dog, Oakley. From the moment we walked in, I could feel the genuine care and love the entire team has for the animals—and for the people who love them. Walking into a specialist's office can sometimes feel overwhelming, but NOT here. The staff made everything so easy and welcoming. They treated Oakley like he was their own and made me feel completely at ease. Their kindness, professionalism, and compassion truly set your office apart. I can't say enough about how much their Team's warmth and expertise meant to us. They made what could have been a stressful visit such a positive and comforting experience.

This was our first visit to your practice and our experience was a great one from the comfortable, clean facility to the kind, loving care "Pumpkin" and we were given. The Vet Techs explained things very well in laymen's terms and Dr Z was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain our cat's condition well and answered all of our questions. We also liked having the option of having the partial versus full panel of blood work for "Pumpkin" due to financial constraints. We will definitely refer our neighbors to you if the need arises!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gervais and the whole team! They've been so kind, patient, and understanding with Barley (who can be a very nervous pup!) We appriciate that they are flexible and always made sure we were seen quickly when something seemed off. I'm so thankful for the care, compassion, and love they showed us at every visit.
