Had a nasty yellow jacket nest on my roof right over my back patio. I called Viking pest control and they showed up within a few hours. I was greeted by David he was so kind, respectful and professional. David explained what he was gonna do and handled those pesky yellow jackets within minutes they started dropping left and right. When there’s a follow up we would be happy if it was David he was fantastic and very thorough about the entire process. 10/10 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Pricing was also decent!! - Jesse from West maple in Bound Brook. Ps now my dogs can go out without being stung thank you for keeping my family and my pets safe from being stung!!!!

Charles did a fantastic job taking care of the huge hornet nest in our tree! He came out quickly after I reported the nest. I thought for sure he was going to need back up, but he suited up and took care of it for us. I really appreciate him for his skill and bravery! Thanks Charles and Viking Pest!

In addition to being thorough with the application, he’s also very knowledgeable about the products used & insects being treated! He patiently answers my MANY questions, which I truly appreciate!) Joseph has come to our home a few times now and each time he has a smile on his face and is so friendly and kind! I can't remember the Tech name. But he did a phenomenal job. My was attacked by yellow jackets. I got stung 4 times. He came in took care of the inside problem as well as the outside. So companies would only do outside. Viking said we do both.. same day service thank you so much. I wish I could give them a 10

I recently had an excellent experience with Vikings Pest Control for a wasp treatment at my home. From the first phone call to the final visit, their customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and very responsive. A special shoutout to Mark, the technician who handled the job. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to remove the wasp nest and treat the area. Mark was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure the space was safe before leaving. His attention to detail and care really stood out. Vikings Pest Control exceeded my expectations with both their pest control expertise and their customer service. Our tech, Guy Tharp, was wonderful. Our appointment was on 10/1/25. He did a thorough inspection and treatment for both the interior and the exterior of our home. He was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him. Kudos to Guy for a job well done!

Been using these guys for a while now. Absolutely terrific. The workers are super friendly. Angelo G. recently serviced my house, and was great. Anytime you call the communication was great. Definitely will stick with Viking for a while for any pest service I need!

Please ensure that Chris is recognized for his outstanding customer service. I had an appointment today at one of our properties. The technician sent a report saying he called. I had no call. I called Chris whose number I had from a previous call. He was understanding, professional and truly gave outstanding service. He said he would contact Viking, and he did. The issue was resolved in less than an hour because of Chris! He followed up too to advise he made the outreach. That’s outstanding service.
