Viking was great about scheduling us quickly. The representative who came to our home, Jack, was amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable. He took care to reassure us of what to expect and made recommendations for the future. The treatment was effective and within a day, we had peace of mind that our bee infestation was taken care of.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Technicians are knowledgeable, educational, and helpful. Once they arrived, they explained everything to me and answered all my questions and then got to work. Overall great experience. Only thing is I'd say the 4hr window they tell you to be expecting the tech during is the entire window you'll be waiting around for them to arrive so make sure you're available for that.

Jack Carroll was our tech today. He was working in miserable heat and remained patient and thorough. He went over and above to provide me with pertinent information and assistance. His level of knowledge is very impressive. I have had very good technicians in the past but the access to the survey has not been easy.
