Not only was Bob friendly, he was patient and explained everything he was doing. He helped identify problem areas and ways we can help eliminate the problem. He was kind and thorough and checked every single room, window, etc. Very satisfied with this service! Thanks Bob!!!

PET OWNERS BEWARE I’m extremely disappointed in Viking Pest Control and their complete lack of respect for pets and homeowners. This was their second visit to my home for a mice problem, and what they did this time is completely unacceptable. My dog is friendly and normally free-roams the house. I had to be at work all day (I’m a firefighter on shift), and they knew I wouldn’t be home. Without asking, they locked my dog in the bathroom for the entire day — no food, no water, no explanation. She was left trapped and distressed for hours. This is beyond inconsiderate — it’s negligent. Anyone working in people’s homes should have basic respect and awareness, especially when it comes to pets. If you’re a pet owner, I highly recommend finding another service. Viking has shown me twice now that they simply don’t care.

Technician was on time and friendly. So far caught 3 mice here. Two adults and one baby from the traps that previous tech Anthony set. Both Anthony and Tre were friendly. Don't know if there may be more then 3. I hope we can resolve this issue with the mice. I unfortunately can not afford the 1 year service. Thank you. Please keep me informed of upcoming visits.
