Let me first say that I am usually not one to write reviews but I truly felt the need to after a home inspection that I received from Anthony at Viking. Earlier that day I received a quote from terminex for rodent activity in my attic. The guy came out and only peeked his head into my attic and didn’t even walk around the outside perimeter of my house then quoted me an insane amount without providing me with clear answers. So I then decided to call Viking for a quote. They sent someone out that same day! Anthony arrived and immediately went into my attic to take a look around. It was truly night and day between the two. He walked around the entire perimeter of the outside of my home and even went onto my roof to try and find out where these rodents were getting into my home. I was very impressed with his drive and determination on truly trying to find answers for me. Now he will always be my go to guy for pest control moving forward. Thank you Anthony for your hard work!

First let me start by saying the people who come to my house have been exceptional. Especially the one woman who always calls. The rest of the company is a disaster compared to when it was Last Bite. They tell you they are coming the next day and to confirm. Which is fine. Then you call to see what time and get an automation. Then you will get a person if you wait. If you are lucking they tell you sometime between 8 and 12 or 12 and 5. Last time I called they told me between 8 and 5!! All day???? They would and could not tell me a better time. I have a dog and I would have to keep the dog in all day??? They could not call the field person to see when approximately they would arrive? If you don't care what time people show up at your house, I guess it is fine, I on the other hand need to know what time approximately due to animals. I recommend getting a smaller more caring company.

Was so happy to see van pull up as I had been battling yellow jackets in my house all morning. The technician Nick was friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done with no fuss. Viking arrived when they said and rates were very reasonable and they guarantee their work. Very satisfied with service provided.

First time having technician Rey do our annual termite inspection and must say he was VERY thorough. Really feel comfortable that our house was given a complete top to bottom inspection.

I called the office on a Wednesday afternoon due to a large hornets nest right outside my backdoor and Dan was VERY helpful explaining the process and got me scheduled for service the following day. Thursday afternoon Derek text me when he was on his way to provide services and then text me again when the job was completed. Well done guys! Thank you!
