We discovered yellow jacket wasps settling down in our 2-story house, just under the roof. I called Viking Pest Control. They gave me the price of the remediation over the phone and arranged the visit from the technician for the next day. Jack, the technician, turned out to be very knowledgeable, professional and committed to solve the problem. He applied special dust that was going to eliminate these wasps in ten days. Turned out, we needed the second visit, because some of the wasps still remained. After I called Viking, they said they were sorry that I was still having the problem and arranged the second visit from the technician. That one was at no charge. Jack came again, investigated all the places where the wasps appeared and applied more of this dust. That completely solved the problem. I need to point out that dealing with Viking Pest Control was easy, pleasant and they are focused on solving the problem. I fully recommend this company

After calling Viking to treat a Yellow Jacket nest under our two-story home's roof, a tech person came out the next day. The tech was very cordial and knowledgeable and quick to teat a large & active nesting site. 90% less wasp activity the following day & 0% activity 3 days later. THANK YOU!

We sprayed and just over the weekend I had 200 + yellow jackets. They were coming in through my closed sliding glass doors. That will be addressed soon. they came today and we sprayed again. Thank you, Viking, for your excellent service. I thought they were honeybees and instead they are yellow jackets. You sprayed twice and now I see one or two occasionally. Thank you for your excellent service. You came out the same day, and it didn't take you long to spray for the bees. I highly recommend Viking Pest Control.

The reason for 4 stars is only because a bit pricey. Service was great. Came the same day I called. I had a wasp nest in a very hard to each area. I sprayed but couldn't get rid of them due to their location. The young man who came out knew what he was doing and very knowledgeable. Said it may take up to 10 days for the bees to be gone, however they were gone immediately and have not returned. Cost was over $300 and that was with a $50 coupon they had, so not the cheapest. Overall good experience.

Viking did a great job in our home. We didn't have a big problem, however, it would probably have become much worse if Nick didn't come spray for us. He came twice, although I didn't see a bug after the first spray. Job well done. Thank you!!!

I was very happy with the quick response to my yellow jacket problem. The bees were inside the residence and Viking came out right away. Rooms were treated the first time which reduced the activity but they did a follow-up treatment because of a few bees still alive. Problem seems to be solved. Definitely would use them again!!!
