Devin was fantastic and explained what he was going to do to tackle a yellow jacket nest on the side of our house. And it certainly seems to have done the trick! The other thing that we really liked about Viking was that they did NOT try to upsell us at all. They gave us our options when we first called and that was it. Highly recommend. We felt as though we received personalized service and were not just a number like the bigger names companies.

We had a really bad bee problem and used Viking to treat it. They came out within 2 days of my call. The first treatment worked in one area but not a couple of others. They came back out one week later and fully eliminated the issue. The prices were reasonable when compared to others and the customer service was great. I would definitely use them again.

Best in the area. Will *not* demand you sign up for lifelong contract. One time they came for an emergency, helped me out with a hornet nest for $200 LESS than competitor (who also pressured for contract). Another time for a non-emergency and rate was modest, no pressure. Fast service, polite techs. Amazing.
