Mitchell did a wonderful job helping us with the ant problem at our home. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the situation. He took the time to explain what was causing the issue, walked us through the treatment process, and answered all of our questions with patience and expertise. His thoroughness and attention to detail gave us confidence that the problem was being handled correctly. On top of that, he was kind, approachable, and made the entire experience stress-free. Awesome I had an issue with spiders after all the rain that we have been dealing with. I called the company and they came out and hopefully fixed the problem. Keep in mind that I get my treatment every (3) months. This treatment was in between my visits.

Thank you Micah for the great work you did on Monday 7/21/2025. I wasn't home when Micah got there. He got there within the time that i was told and started working rightaway. Once again Vinx for pests came through for me. Brandon did an amazing job of getting rid of those fall spider webs and putting down pest control granules. The huge garden spider was relocated and now lives happily away from my front door. Great service and well worth the piece of mind that comes with this service. If ever I have a problem Vinx is quick to help. Great people and great service for pesky bugs.

Jonathan was the friendliest technician we’ve ever had! He was super patient and knowledgeable and was willing to truly explain everything to me when it came to our termite inspection. Great experience!
