I hate to leave poor reviews! This system has awesome potential, but it honestly is so over complicated and neglects the most basic needed functionality. Constantly randomly logs agents out of call queues throughout the day for literally no reason. And here's the best part: agents have literally no way of knowing they have been logged out, and guess what, they can't even log themselves back in! A manager has to manually go into the back end to turn them "back on." I just learned that my reps have been calling themselves every day throughout the day just to make sure this most basic feature is working. Now if you want to go in and fix the chaos by calling the missed calls back, good luck. WAY too hard to tell if a call was missed or not. You basically have to be a coding engineer to understand this system. I need multiple login accounts to do various management tasks. My goodness it's way too complicated! I have been recommending this program to many other owners, but I will stop doing that immediately. I have lost thousands of dollars due to missed calls that we literally had no idea we were missing.

Voice for Pest has been a great service that has helped our Company streamline some daily job tasks. We have been able to cut job tasks in half and keep up with reporting that has been helpful on our ROI. With out this we only had a feel of what was going on and not the actual data. The system integrations with our Pest CRM have been very reliable and efficient. We’ve come to rely on the ability to automatically access the calling customers account in such a quick manner.
