On 1/7/24 around 5.45 P. M, I was in to pick up the Rx hours after it was already ordered. It wasn't ready and I left the store. After just 30 minutes, gets a text claiming Rx is ready and pharmacy closes at 8.00 P. M. Rushes back to the store again exactly at 6.46 P. M and the two pharmacy employees (a male &a female)on duty shuts the window right on two customers standing at the window and says we are closed for the break and clearly rude. The female on duty yells out, it will be a full 30 minutes. Ended up sitting in the waiting area for it to reopen. We know, we have to respect employee breaks but make it known in your text, when its closed for employee breaks or post pharmacy employee break times visibly in pharmacy area, so we don't have to get yelled at by your employees after coming to pick up the Rx right after getting a text, and its the second time you are driving to tbe store. After me, 3 or more people came and had no clue about break times. I lived in grayslake for past 25 years and this store is nothing like what it used to be especially pharmacy. If it was the Pharmacist that was on duty along with a male tech, they both really need some in-service on customer service including HIPAA.

5 hour wait, they never answer the phone. We finally go in and they are out of stock after telling us it was in stock when we dropped prescription off. CVS had the order filled in 25 minutes. Save yourselves 5 hours and go to CVS first.

Needed to get a prescription. Checked the website. Pharmacy is open until 8. Got there at 6:45 pm. Stood in line while they helped two people in front of me. One person was behind me. Got to the window and was told they were closed for their dinner break and to come back in an hour. If I were to do that it would have been 8 and they would be closed. Good thing I don’t need the meds tonight. Terrible customer service.

Every time my 90-day prescription comes up for the past year, they fill it as 30 days and invariably have to come back, leaving with a partial refill. They’ve given me the wrong medication. If you let them “contact your doctor” if a medication has no refill, it has taken them a week or more to make the call, but they don’t advise you that if you call your doctor that day it gets refilled the same day. Unfortunately, a lady working at this location (who happens to be Indian for lack of another descriptor) has been antagonistic in the way she works with the customers every time I’ve had an opportunity to see her; seemingly purposefully being difficult. On the other hand, I’ve seen customers be rude to other pharmacy workers.
