Les is absolutely wonderful - diligent, thorough, and incredibly thoughtful in the way he does his job. He really takes the time to inspect and explain everything carefully. Les is amazing at what he does, and I truly wish everyone in the company had his level of professionalism and care. I decided not to renew termite services with Waltham and went with another local company because it was almost 33% cheaper. I paid for the stations. I was informed that they want to removed the stations because I am not continuing service with them. I highly do not recommend Waltham and their business tactics.
