Harry, our technician, is very thorough and pays attention to detail. If we ever need additional assistance, they are very quick to respond with anything we need.

I observed a pest control technician spraying a pesticide known to be toxic to pollinators, including into the air and toward neighboring properties. This practice directly contradicts the product labeling, which explicitly advises against spraying into the air. Upon further investigation, I sent someone to inquire about the substance and purpose of the application. The technician claimed he was only spraying around the base of the house for ants using Tal-Star. However, this raises concerns about proper usage and adherence to safety guidelines. Please exercise caution when thinking of hiring them.
