Okay, here is the truth. They know what they are doing. My rodent problem is gone. It is a little pricey and there are definitely cheaper ways to figure out how to do it yourself. BUT, if you are strapped for personal time to do it or just want the peace of mind to know the problem will be taken care of professionally, this is the way to go. It took several months for the infestation to finally be wiped out, but it was successfully and thoroughly accomplished. They charge an upfront fee of a couple hundred dollars plus a monthly fee of $125 for every follow-up visit that consists of dropping by your house, checking the traps and adding more bait. They eventually move the bait outside after which the rodents leave your house, if there are any left. The process worked, despite having my doubts while it was happening. You're taking on an extra monthly payment for a while. But I admit I am grateful and satisfied with the results. Communication during the process was readily available and the local employee who came to my house and did all the work was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and great with my dog. Enough said.

I highly recommend WardOff & Son for any exterminating and small animal needs. I had a hornets nest at my house, contacted them on Saturday after seeing they were highly recommended on a neighborhood FB group, and they immediately got back to me the same day to schedule an appt first thing on Monday. They came out, were on time, friendly, professional, and got rid of the hornets in minutes. Oh yes, and the cost was extremely fair and reasonable. Will definitely be using them again!

Let me save you from being scammed by the shadiest exterminator I've ever encountered. This business flat out stole $300 from me and then secretly took off without providing any service. The technician who came to my home taped my front door open with sticky pads as if he was coming right back, then peaced out and blocked my number. The coordinator, Stephanie, blocked my number as well, the second she received payment (then later unblocked it after realizing that iphones display texts in green when someone has blocked you.) Zero pest removal was done. I had to file a fraud report with Thumbtack since that's where I originally hired this company -- they are in the process of banning them from operating there. You see, this does not come down to a "they said, she said" case. I had home cameras operating throughout the entire 10-minute "visit" before the technician took off without a word. Before doing so, he trashed my living room, scratched my walls, and pulled off paint by carelessly throwing sticky pads all over. I thought this would be a simple extermination job. There was nothing daunting or unclean about my home that could have caused the technician to bolt without saying a word. The business has taken zero accountability. Given that theft and property damage have occurred with ample video evidence, I've decided to file a police report and take legal action. Wish I would have read the reviews from others here first, as I can see that property damage is a pattern with these guys. Also found it alarming that just before blocking my number, the coordinator, Stephanie asked me to send her a screenshot of the Zelle payment I had made. As soon as she confirmed payment, the technician left and Stephanie blocked me. Why would she need a screenshot of a payment she had just received? Incredibly shady.
