Lawn care is poor at best. Have had to call for repeat treatment for weeds. I called nearly two weeks ago about weeds in my back yard. I was told they would be out in a few days. Haven’t heard anything since. Will call again tomorrow. Last year was same situation. Eventually I was told they couldn’t do anything more without their manager’s approval. The people who run this company have been helping & providing excellent services & keeping up to date on new & emerging technologies that use the least invasive & best products avaliable. It is always a pleasure to have kind & polite technicians who take the time to remember different clients needs & say hello. I only know of a few companies that have people who remember to use the clients names & this company does so with pride of purpose. One of those small details that shows the genuine effort & skills of the entire company.

The technician approached the door was very professional active. If I had any questions after telling me he was there to do my lawn treatment. He spent 30 minutes with a three step process and he will be back in 14 days

Embarrassing to admit, but we unknowingly brought a German roach infestation from our previous apartment into our new home. Unfortunately, the last place we lived didn’t have the best standards, and the roaches had nested in a wooden container that held our dog bowls. We thought this was the only nest but when Jo from Wayne’s walked in, he immediately identified the real source, under the fridge. I was so impressed by how quickly he spotted it and how knowledgeable he was about their behavior, where they hide, and how to properly treat them. Jo explained exactly how the treatment works and even pointed out where they like to build nests so I knew what to move or protect to avoid damaging my electronics and appliances. He was professional, fast, and never made me feel judged, which meant a lot since this was such an embarrassing situation. Within a week of his visit, I saw amazing results after just one treatment. Considering German roaches are the worst type and the hardest to get rid of, the progress has been incredible, I’ve only seen a few here and there compared to the infestation we had before Wayne’s came out. I still have one final follow up appointment, and I’m confident they will be completely gone by then. Wayne’s communication has been excellent from the start; clear prep instructions, flexible scheduling, and follow-up appointments to ensure the treatment is working. Emma, who I’ve texted with, has been so kind, responsive, and helpful with all my questions, always making the process easy and stress-free. I can’t recommend Wayne’s enough, and especially Jo, he truly went above and beyond!

Wayne’s Pest Control took over my termite bond and the transition has been very smooth. They’ve continued to provide excellent, professional service. After several messages a representative came out and said that I wasn’t watering enough. However the grass that is growing is very green and the dead brown spots are moist. Their weed treatment does not seem to stop spotted surge. It’s everywhere. The people I talk to are nice.

Heath our tech is great! He sends you a text the day prior to and day of your service. Once he is finished, he will send you a text saying that the service has been completed. This is the first year using Wayne’s and we have been throughly impressed with the level of service!
