The termite people put stakes in the middle of the yard and not even close to the house!! Going to have to come back out. Ridiculous! Three of them put on top of each other. Came back and didn’t even fix issue….then got rude and told me it would cost more $$ !!! Claimed they took up all the old stations…. And I counted 10 old stations still there?!!! Canceled and never dealing with these people again. Cooks for me from now on!!

I understand that companies and there employees are to be trusted however in today's modern times and the ability to be dishonest I feel I need to be present during the inspection process. The representative for your company did not respond to the situation that I would rather have my appointment set 2 days later but did not get a text or call to to see if this could be done. Unfortunately I have to take my wife to her Doc appointment and missed the inspection. There was no email or text sent saying what the results were, had never had to have a inside inspection done so I don't know if for sure any of it actually happened it is a shame that people have to put up with this kind of treatment but you get away with It and that is what happens

I’ve had this Pest Control for about 5 months & this will be my 2nd service. The Technician knocked down my outdoor camera doing the sweeping & informed me his supervisor would contact me. Few days go by & no one reached out. I reached out to the technician to inform him no one has contacted me & I pay for surveillance but in the mean time my camera is showing the grass. He apologized & stated the supervisor should have been reached out & that I could try to get a quote in the meantime. The same day the supervisor finally contacted me. I told him I could work with them & he could come out & drill/screw camera back in vs me calling my security company because they would have to pay them $199 min for a service call. He said he would be out on Monday which leaves me 3 more days without surveillance. He couldn’t give me a time frame so I asked him to give me a call when he is ready to head to me. Today Monday & while I was in shower. He text me twice once at 8:49 am to say he was headed, then again at 9:14 to say it was done. So I never received a call. He screwed back in the camera but didn’t turn it to the direction to be surveillance, it’s turned towards the woods. So I called & asks for a supervisor due to me not being to see my home still, about not receiving the call & asked for sort of compensation even if it’s to waive one month bill. Now I have to still get someone to my home To align camera because he didn’t call because I could have told him verbally where to turn the camera. I didn’t need it just back up but to be able to show my home of coarse. The supervisor told me he’s not compensating me anything that he text me & it’s back up regardless. He spoke very unprofessional, let me know he’s the supervisor & no one above him. So while I tried to save this company money, they said screw Mine. I pay them ‘ for my cameras. For him to think they shouldn’t have to aim my cameras correctly or compensate me is unprofessional. On top of I had to contact the company again to get them to even acknowledge the fact of. So today I am still unable to view around my home & was just spoken to very unprofessional with no apologies or concern. I also forgot to add in when I spoke to him I told him they could spray the inside of my home due to that day the technician came I had death in my family & couldn’t be home. Today they didn’t spray & I was told I had to make an appt which I did which is over a week away. Had he told me that he wouldn’t be able to that day I could’ve scheduled it before hand so it’s not further out. Communication is everything & so is professionalism. I guess they think if it’s a contract they can treat however. I’m now awaiting a upper lead to contact me before filing a small claim but in the mean time I will be leaving my experience & contacting the better business bureau

Technician Bradley Phillips was very professional and prompt in executing our annual termite inspection. He texted me the day before to let me know he would be coming. He arrived within the timeframe he had projected, and greeted me at the door. He was thorough in his inspection of both the exterior and the crawlspace. Recommended!

Able to do a lot of different services which is nice. When I had issues, they sent folks over right away to look into them. Very friendly folks there. Happy with my service.

The lawn sod grass definitely looks better and more healthy. However, after 24 months of service with Wayne’s, I still have quite a bit of weed in the sod grass and it seems to be getting worse and not better even with treatment every month it does not appear that they are spot treating any of the areas that have weeds.and now the weeds are spreading and nearing how bad they were when I started getting service. We have been watering when no rain and after service as told. Update 2: still no difference in weeds after working with Wayne’s to get the ones specifically treated. Will try again - but getting much resistance and being asked to pay “extra fee” to treat these weeds. Update: Waynes has reached out and said they would respray- but not for some of the weeds they call Dallas grass” without additional fees (previously covered in monthly service fees). I will be posting updates pictures after the treatment this week has a chance to start working.
