We had a termite infestation, Wayne’s gave me a reasonable price for a termite ground feed installation and spraying. Chad Brewer did an amazing job and I’d ask for him specifically anytime you need work done. Went the extra mile with customer service and will be using him again if we have any pest issues.

I honestly don’t know what to say, I haven’t seen any one change my termite situation in a while then I have a few sticking out the ground so I know it’s has been inspected by anyone in awhile. I pay in full every year and this the kind of service I get or maybe I’m missing something but I should feel like I’m getting my money worth when it comes to this matter.

My Wayne's technician Ryan is very knowledgeable about pest control and treatment. He is very helpful with any questions I have. He communicates to let me know when he is coming and also let's us know what services are being done for that particular visit. Wayne's also services my lawn and I also have great experiences with that, my lawn is beautiful.

My technician was not thorough while spraying for mosquitoes. Initially, he only sprayed one side of the trees as he briefly walked through my yard from the ground-level and leaving the majority of the tree untreated. When I finally caught up with him, I asked him to do another sweep and this time spray from the balcony level to ensure the area nearest the balcony was treated as well. Thankfully, the technician did come back and treat the majority of the trees better.

We just had our annual service/inspection and as always, it was perfect. Our technician has served our home the past three years and he’s the best we’ve had. Always cheerful and professional. We’ve been happy with Wayne’s for well over a decade and we wouldn’t choose another business/agency. Thanks everyone, and see y’all next year!

Service was woefully incomplete. Technician was at my 3,500 square foot house for outdoor pest control. As per Wayne's own informational video, this is a 3-part job. The spray was applied sporadically, missing a large majority of the foundation (approximately 80% was untreated). No granular treatment was applied. No "brush service" was performed. Technician left within 10 minutes of arrival without entering the backyard and had to be called to return and complete the job. He came back, sprayed the area in front of one of two back doors, and left. Total time of service for the whole house was last than 15 minutes.
