Extremely disappointed in the quality of services, knowledge, and customer service from this location. I've had a number of issues: * The technicians forgot to spray the parkway, leading to an overgrowth of weeds that ended up tracking up to my lawn. * The salesman promised "unlimited" weed re-application services. Twice I requested this, and did not receive any additional services. They simply moved up the date of my planned applications. To date, I have not received additional services as promised. * The technicians didn't know what an evergreen tree was. We had a 6' tree planted recently in our backyard, and we asked the technician to avoid the bulb. On the phone, they clearly didn't know which tree we meant even though there was only one new planting. * The technicians also sprayed all of my wife's recent plantings of flowers, not knowing the difference between those and weeds. To their credit, the owner offered to replace the plants. Unfortunately, on my last application the same issue occurred and flowers my wife had been propagating for weeks were sprayed. * The owner's voicemail is constantly full and there is no option to leave a message.

I'm being gently coerced into leaving a review so here goes 😁: that's sarcasm, but seriously I had Weed Man before years ago and worked well but thought it was expensive. I got cheap and I tried True green because it was cheaper, but they couldn't even get rid of the dandelions much less my creeping charlie! Pitiful. And they got irritated when I asked them to redo it because of the dandelions, so Im like, come over and see for yourself! I wasn't making it up and you guaranteed no weeds. I finally gave them up for lent and came back, hat in hand, to Weed Man asking for forgiveness and help with my creeping charlie! They obliged and said forgiveness is the key to every door. They came back with a vengeance! So i was wrong and realized tru green has just the same stuff I can buy at the big box stores (which doesn't work at all) but Weed Man has stuff I can't get, that really works!? They offer a comeback if weeds pop up but they know it's a safe promise since they don't come back! The only downside is when it rains a lot my yard goes into steroid mode and grows fast and thick so it's mowing 2 times a week to save my mower belt from breaking! Spend the money for Weed Boy as it really does the trick!

First time using them as for some reason this year the pollen and weeds were very bad this year. In a month my lawn had visible positive changes. I am very pleased with the partnership. Thank you.

Wonderful small family business that really values their customers. Our lawn has been overtaken by weeds and mosquitos. We were recommended by our neighbor (whose lawn is the only ones on the block with no weeds, and looks immaculate). They had their technicians out days after we hired them. Really excited to see our lawn change for the better. They’re extremely professional, and want each and every customer happy. Highly recommend!!

Weed Man customer service has been excellent in taking calls and scheduling treatments. The service technicians who come to the house are very respectful and careful of our plantings. Great results on a lawn that was not in good shape when we purchased our home. T
