She arrived on time on time and was precise in her inspection, good mannered throughout, knowledgable about the best treatment options, and patient with all my questions. She explained what she was doing, why it mattered, and where traps/seals would be most effective. I felt listened to and informed, and the work was done carefully and neatly. Excellent service. I live in Amberly 220 townhouse. Conway mgmt has hired weir pest for 10 years now. I am a retired nurse yet have never seen a weir truck even though Hailey told me weir trucks are labeled. Other long term residents have never seen any pest control truck ever. I asked to be called next monthly service date. Never heard from them. Conway needs to hire honest company. Tons of money yet no one sees any activity for rat control and weir cannot provide rat station locations. It's stupid to hi re e someone in Severn for White Marsh.

I had carpenter bees. I had had them two years ago and when I saw the shavings on my deck I knew they were back. The technician came out and took care of them quickly and professionally. What really impressed me was he noticed another area that had been there for several years and the other exterminator missed. He took care of that area as well. And the cherry on top of it all was that they were super reasonable. I will be using them for all of my pest needs. Thank you!!

Decent quality of product, but cannot follow instructions. We only used their service for about 6 months, and the only instruction we gave was to latch the gate to our yard. Three (3) times they failed to do this. Noticed the first two times, both times we informed their front end/administer, yet it still happened. The third time, our dogs actually escaped. Won't be using Weir ever again due to their terrible customer service, not worth the risk when there's dozens of other pet safe pest management around who will actually follow basic directions, and who will actually pass critical feedback along.

I had the best experience with Weir Pest Service. The company contracts with Rodgers Forge Apartment Community. The gentleman from Weir Pest Service was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.
