Burnaby is the best! Not only is he knowledgeable and efficient; he’s kind and generous and he always inquires about how I’m doing and hopes that I have a good day; that’s as important as the work sometime. Thank you for being my favorite exterminator for over 20 years.

Currently, I only have their Sentricon service for subterranean termites. Dealing with the billing department has become difficult as Rentokil now owns Western as well as others so they're not the same, good old Western Exterminators they used to be. I hope that that has gotten fixed after a conversation with their customer service person who called to keep me as a customer. That being said, the persons who are servicing my residence are absolutely, positively fantastic! I can't say anything bad about them! In my opinion, they go above and beyond! They are timely, clean, helpful and friendly. Thanks, guys!

Mario was Marvelous! Due to conflicting schedules , my fault , I wasn’t able to be home when Mario arrived. We live at the end of a 6 mile, not a through road and my wife was a little nervous about me not being there when he arrived. When I got home she told me what a nice guy he was, super polite and friendly, and I agree! I am a general contractor and raised our family in this home I built 1988 so I could tell he was also knowledgeable, competent, thorough and also patient answering my questions. I wish I had more employees like Mario when I was still in business!

Kevin and Ruben and John were fantastic! They were Great to work with, had good communication with me. Showed up early, did a great job. Will definitely use again in the future! The property they came to needed some help, they went above and beyond!

Greg came and saved us from a crazy exploding ant population...we've been Western customers for termite control but never ants & spiders until now. It was TIME! Thank you, Western, for sending us a very polite, competent, and professional Pest Control Technician!
