Our services has been amazing! We get prompt services that keeps our house pest free. I reached out with a rodent problem and within 24 hours had a very thorough solution. Everyone is so kind. Our tech (Dylan H.) is AMAZING. He’s kind, easy to communicate with, and great a this job. We have used them for a few years and will continue with this level of service. We could not be happier with the service. We have had a few techs who are all great. Dylan was extra thorough or the rat/mice we thought we had outside making sure our whole hose is protected.

My wife and I are former clients of Western Exterminators. We terminated our service during a lengthy renovation to our vacation home in South Lake Tahoe. At the completion of renovation we contacted the company and scheduled an inspection and estimate to resume services. A appointment was scheduled and we told an agent would be at our home between 8am and 4:30 pm. ( so we were stuck home all day; it was also the scheduled on the day before we were to return to our primary home which is 4 hours away) When we didn't hear from anyone at 3:45 pm we called Western Exterminators to make sure the technician was on the way to our home. The company assured us he was on the way telling us we were indeed on the schedule and that their technician was on the way to our house. Of course he never came or called to apologize. After we returned to our primary residence we called Western Exterminators to express our displeasure with that experience. We were assured that a manager would contact us within 24 hours. We never got a call! We contacted Western Exterminators customer service and they apologized and assured us they would scheduled another inspection for a date and time when we would next be at our vacation home. We delayed by a day our travel plans to meet with the technician. He never showed!! We called Western Exterminators again and were the runaround. When we asked to speak with someone in management we were transferred to a phone line that was never answered. We waited for over a hour.(Friday 5pm on Labor Day weekend) Obviously this company and its employees don't want any new business! If they had told us that in the beginning it would have save me time and frustration. Whatever happened to American customer service? Unfortunately companies like Western Exterminators expect paying customers to accept poor service for exorbitant prices!

Aaron the tech is always outstanding. Very smart, caring, effective. He is very proactive and thus house interior and exterior is in great shape! Highly recommend this company and Aaron!

Our tech Jason is amazing- he’s always so friendly and helpful! He’s respectful of our property and pets, and is always a great face to see! He always makes us feel like we aren’t a bother if activity increases throughout the season - and always makes the activity go away 🤣

I just want to say what a thorough job was done by Dylan Hall at Western exterminator company to help me get rid of a rat that managed to get in my house. He was and is very personable and helpful and understanding of the situation. He worked very hard to find all points of entry and managed to block everything. He is absolutely excellent at his job!
