Bought a house that turned out to be infested with millions of carpet beetles that flew throughout the house. Pesticide companies promised a 70% success rate, if I vacuumed the entire house including furniture and shelves, and washed all my clothes in hot water and threw them inside a dryer at high heat for 1 hour. Many of them advertised "fumigation", but none of them actually used gas; they all just spray pesticides along the baseboards. Finally found Western Fumigation. Very professional, very thorough, very expensive. Required 2 treatments with Vikane gas, 2 weeks apart. Sealed the entire house exterior with tarps beginning at 9AM; I was able to re-enter the house at 8PM the next day. They left the house exactly as they found it with nothing damaged whatsoever. Every living plant and insect inside the house was dead....perfect!!! I can't recommend them highly enough

I think we can all agree that pest infestations can be overwhelming and frustrating. Pests can damage your home, carry diseases and aggravate allergies. Everyone can deal with some level of minor nuisances unless you are me and needed a professional immediately. After calling SEVERAL exterminator companies, using the "online recommendations" we all tell ourselves will work, etc. I had exhausted all means of the "I've got this attitude." It actually landed me in the ER with a major panic attack; thank you carpet beetles. So many companies told me they would have to continually spray, that they didn't have a cure for this pest or did not want to be responsible for the extermination of them. That is when I found Western Fumigation out of PA; my final means of a phone call not realizing they should've been my first and only call. From the beginning they made me feel so comfortable. I called the main office and I wish I could remember the girl's name on the other end of the phone that day that I cried to because she was an absolute angel. She had her business development rep, Jason Muir at my house that day, shortly after I had hung up with her. Jason has to be one of the most professional and knowledgeable technicians in his field. He took his time to explain every single step of not only the fumigation process but the pest itself. I felt very in the know and empowered as well as at ease when it came to my homes pest issue after speaking with Jason. Since then he has been diligent in assessing my pest infestation, implementing a custom plan for treatment and will monitor the results post fumigation. Thank you Jason for being the light that people need in a time of distress and being so personable. I will forever recommend this company to anyone in need of pest elimination.
