Called to ask a couple questions for my husband because he works during the hours they take calls. The guy was incredibly rude, refused to answer even the first question, and abruptly told me ‘not to call again until you’ve taken a class’. A class is required to ask a question?? So, I’m incredibly sorry to have bothered you with my oh so uneducated questions. I’ll never bother you again and I want to be sure to let others know the kind of treatment they can expect if they dare to be a less than expert beekeeper.
