Western Pest Control has been my go to Pest Control company for the last five years. Glenn has been my most consistent technician and he is always very thorough and making sure I am happy with the services provided. I happily refer this company to all of my friends and family.

The tech that came out was very nice however he diagnosed my house with the wrong type of pest. I had spoken to several people and other pest professionals and they all said the same thing, but not Western pest. They quoted me $900 and eternally being locked into a monthly subscription to treat the wrong type of pest. When I called them and told them that I was concerned since 3 other people had said the same thing and Western Pest was the only one diagnosing this pest they told me I should just buy the service anyway and that they knew what they were talking about. I don’t want to spend $1200+ in one year alone to treat the wrong thing and have to pay them continually for a subscription that won’t work. The other guys quoted me $500 and no monthly subscription, steer clear of this company.

I called this company because I found a bug in my bed and was fearing the worst! When I googled pest control companies for bed bugs, this was the one that came up first and I can definitely see why. The gal who assisted me in getting the technician out to my home was very professional and understood the urgency I felt to get someone out here. The technician they sent, Austin, was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and reassuring. Thankfully it wasn’t bed bugs, and he gave me tips to do for the future and some courtesy bug traps! He was fantastic. I was so impressed by the overall customer service of this company. Just phenomenal!

I am so happy with Western Pest Control. They were able to get a guy out the same day I called. Super friendly on the phone too. Chris was professional with great customer service. I thought their fees were reasonable and I will be using them for all of my pest problems.

Brennan is amazing. He went the extra mile to make sure we are getting the care we need. He is very knowledgeable in what he is doing and makes sure you understand everything.
