First contact with salesperson was great and I purchased service for 4-weeks running. Workers are friendly & efficient when they arrive. First service was great and then no follow through afterward as far as keeping scheduled time. Second service was after 4 pm even though I was told the time was 8-12. The third service never even made it to scheduling. We'll see how the 4th service/week goes.
Update: same story; never made it to the schedule. When we called to find out, we told them it seemed like they took our money and weren't interested in following through with the contract. The woman on the phone got nasty and even hung up on us. Called back, gave info, and got a call back from a manager who did the next service along with a "top tech." Remedied for now, but makes me nervous about the one-year contract I signed and paid for but never got a copy of. Why does it take sooo much effort on the customer's part to get service at many places any more?
