I feel compelled to share my experience with the staff at this organization to alert the public. My encounter with them was during an extermination process initiated by my landlord. Despite being present in my apartment and fully prepared for the extermination my landlord claimed that it wasn't completed and are now charging me a fee claiming I was not prepared for the extermination based on what the exterminator documented. Upon reaching out to the supervisor at Western Pest Control to address the discrepancy, I was met with extreme rudeness. He did not allow me the opportunity to explain or express my concerns, consistently talking over me. Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services due to the disrespectful behavior exhibited by the staff.
