I had a wonderful experience with Jessica as well as the gentlemen that came out to handle the bee problem. They were very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this company. There was some incorrect information that was given to me from the call center and Jessica was very thorough in her explanation of my services and the contract. I encourage you to work directly with the company not the call center.

Mark is great. He was at property waiting my arrival. He also called to let me know he was there. He has a great personality and enjoy talking with him. He knows our house and understands our concerns. Due to work issues I had to reschedule twice. Customer service was helpful to reschedule and have Mark available for the site visit.

The techs were timely, professional, friendly, and did a great job. I encourage others to use this service. I live in the city, and pigeons got under my roof deck to breed. It was impossible for me to get to them, and have them removed. Western Pest Services were able to install a chemical-free deterrence system. So far, so good!

When I found the yellow jackets flying into the corner of a closed window, I became concerned that somewhere inside there was a nest. I called WESTERN and within minutes they had me scheduled for a treatment at my convenience. Colin the specialist arrived five minutes before the appointed hour. He was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. He treated the area for the yellow jackets and told me he would be back for a follow up visit. I am very pleased with WESTERN and especially Colin for his professionalism and pleasant demeanor. I would recommend them HIGHLY!

Mark was amazing and attentive. My new home has leaks that have led to pest issues since I live near a river. I found Western while researching the insects I have been finding because my prior pest control company said that they were out of ideas. The initial person who assessed my home, David, was thorough and insightful. When Mark came to provide my first service, he was fully informed of my concerns and explained what he was going to try to provide support while I work on fixing the leaks with the warranty team. I am very pleased!!

Western Pest services is wonderful. Jim came out shortly after I called the office. Fortunately the problem was not inside my home but his visit alleviated my worries.
