I contacted Western regarding a hornet issue on my property. They were able to come out the next day. I opted for the service contract so they also inspected the inside and outside of my house. Our tech Stephen was very professional and friendly and did a great job! I love how they sent a report immediately via email about the services that were performed in any recommendations for safety for people/pets afterward.

I was being swamped by lantern flies. The technician came explained everything and was honest that it wouldn’t eliminate them but it will get the population down. The technician who was really experienced was very helpful and came back for a second time when yellowjackets continued to show up in my BR closet after a few days. I have now learned that they don't all die at once after treatment, especially the queens.
