Exceptional Service by Kyle Brush. White Knight Pest Control handles our quarterly pest control at my workplace, they have consistently done an outstanding job. Our recent visit was with Kyle Brush, he was extremely thorough with his inspection and treatment. He even discovered a yellow jacket nest right by our back door that - something we hadn’t even noticed - and took care of it right away. Kyle truly went above and beyond making sure everything is covered and that we’re protected until our next service. Kyle’s attention to detail and proactive approach really stands out. First of all they have the worst service... I will try to leave a note here on what my experience was without any bias. There were numerous amount of times where they come for a service and knowing that no one's home they leave without spraying. When we try to cancel our service they said that we have to pay the cancelation fee, but I was super sure that I have never agreed to sign a year contract with them. I asked about what the fee was and they kept delaying it by saying that one of their department will call us back but we never got a call back. I have called them over 4 times for a month and they delayed until our monthly payment still got charged. It was as if they were trying to force us to stay with them... I asked them to cancel the service before my monthly payment and yes they canceled our quarterly visit service on Sep 6th but they still charged us for our monthly payment. So they charged us but they canceled our service. I had no choice but to keep it for another month. I had to call them again and ask that I need them to come do the service that they canceled or they should refund this month payment. Once again they said they will let me know about the refund and the cancelation. I got no call back, and no mentions on the refund. They eventually just came and finished their service on Sep 23rd. I had to call again, and they had no mention about the refund nor my previous inquiries. Their employees kept on saying we will call you back whenever I tried to cancel. I have never even signed the agreement on a contract that says I have to be with them for an entire year. They kept on insisting for a whole month that I have to pay that cancelation fee and when I asked for more details they would not let me know and they will have to call me back to cancel. Eventually I had to talk to their manager only to find out that I have never even signed a contract. Their conclusion was, yeah we've misinformed you for a whole month, but everything is resolved now, so doesn't matter anymore Each one of the employees that I talked to in this company had an attitude of your business is none of my business. I had a short conversations with a lot of their department trying to throw their responsibility to other department. I am sure not everyone has that attitude in there but this was my experience.

We have had their service for years now, they always communicate well. Today Bryan came by and was absolutely awesome with our quarterly post control. He informed me of everything he was doing and looking for, and touched base afterwards. Awesome experience with this company!

A technician from this company came through our neighborhood in American Fork and interacted with children in a way that made me deeply uncomfortable. He had a pack of candy (Airheads) in his back pocket and offered it to children, even after I declined twice. He then placed a flower in a young girl’s hair. I don’t know his name, but I have clear photos and a full description. While he didn’t try to sell me anything, the behavior felt inappropriate and concerning. I stayed outside to monitor the situation and he was asked to leave the property. I hope the company takes this seriously and investigates this employee.

Technicians are ok and try to help. If you want to discontinue service. Good luck. Worked on calling for a week. After 10 years using them they want to charge me because I was not giving them a 30 day notice. No customer service at all. Hope you have better luck with them.

We have been with White Knight for years and we are so happy with them. We never have any bugs or pests, and the fee times we have, they've come right out and took care of it. We’ve had Kyle come to our house since we signed up for White Knight’s services. He’s been very respectful and done a great job. We haven’t had any bug problems throughout the years. Very good service.

Kyle came over to my mother-in-laws house, I was the one who opened the door so I was able to speak with him! He was very kind and clear of what he was going to be doing, he let me know when he was all done spraying the outside of the house and when we could safely let the puppies outside!
