had a great experience with White Knight Pest Control. The technicians were professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly, took care of the issue quickly, and made sure everything was safe for my home and family. I really appreciated their attention to detail and friendly customer service. Prices were reasonable, and I feel confident knowing my home is protected. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and trustworthy pest control

Terrible customer experience. I was a loyal customer for several years, but the quality steadily declined — to the point where it looked like no work was done at all. My breaking point came when I requested an add-on extermination service on Nov 8th that was promised for the upcoming Monday Nov 11th. I even got a confirmation text for the upcoming service. They never showed or texted me to let me know they weren’t coming, so I canceled and hired another company that actually came. When I called to cancel, the manager was condescending and insisted I still had to pay for a service they never performed — even threatening collections. (Good thing I recorded the call.) I went and paid the cancelation service fee and paid to buy out the rest of my contract to end all services once and for all. This company will say anything to avoid losing a customer. In all, I’m out hundreds of dollars to cancel. BUYER BEWARE. Even after canceling and opting out of communication, they continued to text me in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Do not recommend. Switched to Peach Pest Control and haven’t looked back. Also, your Google business profile should be investigated for false/misleading 5 star reviews to boost your overall rating. I know those aren’t real reviews.

Sales rep was not clear on what I would be paying if I cancelled. I was not happy with the service as I was still getting ants and wasps and the technician skipped the backyard because of our chickens even when I was told that wouldn't be a problem with their product. I honestly don't fault the technician as I trust he knows the product better than the marketers and he probably genuinely cared about our animals. When I went to cancel I wasn't aware they would tack on two services and also charge tax on the difference I would pay. Maybe that's common knowledge but it definitely was not the number the sales rep told me so overall very dissatisfied.

Bait and switch style sales tactics, be careful when dealing with this company. They will not be getting any more money from me in 2026 following our annual contract. Outside sales will tell you what you want to hear, then say different following your intro service. They offer things to you word of mouth that are not offered within the contract. Be careful and read every detail before signing. Sales told me they would buy back the chemicals I purchased from Home Depot, then never followed through on their word of mouth offer. They didn't add in the contract details majority of the perks they offered in their SLA. I encourage you to strongly avoid this company and their bait and switch style sales tactics. They said they would utilize organic granules only in the backyard, and that turned out to be false. In fact, our Ring camera shows no granules were spread at all on our property.

TERRIBLE company, I have been trying to cancel the service since JUNE 2025. This company keeps scheduling appointments, and when I call AGAIN to cancel the service they say it is less than 30m day notice and keep charging $150. I called many times. The managers are disrespectful, rude, they yell at you, and laugh at the customers. TERRIBLE White Knight Pest Control is TERRIBLE. Do not sign any agreement with these scammers!!! They keep charging and charging fees. They do NEVER cancel the account even after calling for months and rejecting their appointments that they schedule without checking with the customers.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with, never in my life have I ever had customer service advocates be so incredibly rude and tell so many lies. They lose notes and calls conveniently and don't make call backs when promised. And not to mention how they refuse and I mean REFUSE to let you go when you ask to go but be prepared for none of your issues to be resolved! They promise credits and remove them, you'll never know what charges to expect. Now I have all these charges a "customer advocate" told me I would NOT have AND I also still need to find a better pest control company that can fix what they left.

I am furious with this company. They refuse to let me end my subscription and keep charging me $150, even though I haven’t used their services. This is outright scam behavior. Do I have to personally go to their office just to cancel? They keep scheduling appointments I DIDN’T ASK FOR, then cancel them themselves, claiming I can’t cancel my subscription with less than 30 days’ notice. When I called to cancel, I was told it was “not possible at the moment”. How does this business even operate? SAVE YOUR MONEY! Their customer service is insulting, demeaning, and downright cruel. They yelled and laughed at me. It was truly dehumanizing. I am apparently not the only one, just read the comments. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I will not stand for being treated this way.

Very rude people. Would not help me cancel services. Women was extremely rude on phone. My account is dynamic metalform solutions. I am the owner. The girl on the phone told me she couldn’t help me and I had to call back from a different phone number even though I have my credit card I pay you guys with monthly in my hand. She was very rude. Fire her. Also please cancel my service. I’ve contacted my bank on the reoccurring charges.

I should have stayed with HOME TEAM. Sales guy with White Knight signed us up with a special discount for the year. We were clear we had a dog. First treatment, the man was extremely rude about our dog. He said we either needed to lock her in a kennel or in a room (she is a rescue and this is a no-no). We had advised we would put the dog out back when he needed to come in, and that seemed to be an issue. The 2nd and 3rd trips seemed to be good, and he caught wasps nests that weren’t caught on the 1st treatment. The 4th treatment was termite. We were only advised it was outdoors, otherwise for safety my husband would be home. The service outdoors wasn’t even completed before he asked to come inside. (Pictures show he just dropped the termite contraptions all over our property, because I refused entry to my home for my safety.) The 4th guy did not have white knight shirt or sign on his truck. My husband called and asked why did you need to come inside, and could not get a clear answer or even to ask why this was not properly communicated. During this call a supervisor hung up on him, because she could not answer the question. We called again, and got to a manager and she refused to let my husband authorize for me to speak to them. They also charge you $179 to break the contract, when they didn’t provide the service and communicate properly. White Knight breaks contracts and forces you to pay for it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. (And no it doesn’t matter you collected a video using AI when you didn’t communicate or even complete the service.)
