We had a door to door salesman come to the house to talk about this service. The salesperson was nice, but apparently completely overzealous about what the service actually is. We were sold on a product that was not delivered. When the technician came the next day to spray the house and yard, his interior sprayer was not working so we were informed that someone would have to come back to complete the interior. It also appeared as though he was out of the solution that. They use for the exterior of the home. When we called the next day to re schedule the service to be completed we were told that we had to pay the $1 service fee for the initial service BEFORE they could schedule a reservice. I was informed that until that first payment was made the contract wasn’t binding and I could cancel at anytime. So obviously not having the initial service completed I refused payment until the actual service I was supposed to be provided was completed. We received a call back from the payment deportment that said they were unable to schedule a service without us making payment, so I told them in light of the failure of complete service to cancel the contract. We have contacted them several times with promise to receive call back from management which has never happened. They have now sent in a $226 dollar collection which is $1 for a service not rendered a $25 late fee and a $200 cancellation fee, for yet again a service that was never fully provided making them in breach of initial contract. The best part is I have cameras posted around my home so I have proof of the failure to service but they still don’t seem to care.

My nephew was at home for the gate was not unlocked. On camera he did not go over the patio with orange brush, also he just sprayed under the patio steps. Did not spray around the front door or the base of the walk way. If you could send some out to do the job correctly it will be great. I have everything on camera what he did. Thank you, Vivian Simmons

This company is a scam. I agreed to 1 service at 60 dollars and the door to door salesman got all my contact information 1 digit off. They started coming quarterly and charging me $139 each time without telling me. Because all my contact info was 1 digit off They would not listen to me or let me control my own account so they would not cancel the service or refund the money they stole. I had to catch a technician mid spray of my property to have them fix my info and then they still wouldn't let me cancel without paying a fee. I don't know why they would go door to door 2 hours from their office location and somehow get both my email and phone 1 digit off unless they were trying to scam me. Many reviews online echo this same story. Don't waste your money on these lieing thieves. PS they didn't even solve the bug peoblem.

Ryan, our tech, was great! This was our first service. We received a text from Ryan giving us the approximate time he would be arriving. When he arrived, he gave us a breakdown of everything that he would be doing, explained the process, how the pesticide worked, and what to expect. He did a sweep of the exterior and garage of the spider webs with a brush and sprayed the exterior, interior, and garage. I also wanted to give a shout out to Joe, the sale guy, was also great! He was very kind and thorough with all the details of what to expect. He also gave us a great deal on our service. So far happy with our service!

Ryan did an excellent job inspecting my home and applying protective barriers to keep pests away. He was thorough, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. On top of that, he is very personable. We even chatted about dogs for a few minutes before he got started, which made the experience feel friendly and approachable. Ryan is a great representative of White Knight Pest Control. I would highly recommend both him and the company.

I had a great experience with this pest control company! The technician was extremely thorough, taking the time to inspect every and explain what he was doing along the way. He was also very polite, professional, and respectful of my home. I feel confident that the job was done right, and I really appreciate the level of care and attention to detail. Highly recommend their services!

We ended up going with a different pest control company that was willing to work with us. If you had a great experience with White Knight, good for you! But sadly, we did not. When it came time to do the interior, they fell short on their end. We tried to schedule a day multiple times, but no response. We ended up letting them know through direct text, and email, that we wanted to cancel our service, and I'm not sure if they ignored everything, but I ended up getting a new email for an upcoming appointment. I responded to that email restating that I was canceling my appointment, but I still ended up getting charged. We ended up having to call them explaining the whole situation, and they had offered us great deals to stay on board. We ALMOST took them up on the deals, but that experience itself was not pleasant. We decided to follow through with canceling and the conversation became very unpleasant. We let the representative know that they did not hold up their end of the deal, and that we had tried to reschedule the interior job multiple times but we were completely ghosted. The representative claimed that because it was a 3rd party contractor who sold us the service and failed to follow through, the liability does not fall on White Knight, and that if we cancelled the service we would be getting an invoice for an even larger amount for "breaching the contract" they did not hold up on their end. I've issued a chargeback with my bank, and will be fighting the invoice I just received. It was a service I was looking forward to that just turned into an absolutely awful, awful experience.

A guy showed up at my townhome on October 21, 2025. I was told my service would be starting in the fall and continue for the next three seasons—winter, spring, and summer. I was also informed that I would receive an email invoice to pay at that time, so I agreed to the service. On October 22, 2025, a gentleman showed up the next day and I was told the service was bi-monthly, not quarterly. I also did not receive any invoice and was already being charged ahead of time. I then spoke with their customer advocate and told them I would like to cancel since nothing I was told the previous day had happened. She informed me that I would be charged a $400 cancellation fee. This is not a good place to do business. Update. 10-23-25. 1. There was no audio verbal confirmation. 2. There was no email invoice sent to either regular email or spam.
