Do yourselves a favor and find a reputed company for your wildlife removal needs. I called on 8/28 to have a snake removed from my basement, and the woman I talked to quoted me $100 for them to come out and take a look, and if they found it and removed it, it would be $350. The guy that came out here looked around my house, said he didn't see it, but charged me $350 anyway. When I told him what the woman on the phone quoted me, he said "That's what Chris told me to charge." I was really pissed. I called the woman and told her what happened, and she said she would call me back. I have not received a call back, and my email has gone unanswered as well. I would report them to the BBB but they don't seem to have a business license in Maryland. I have also called my credit card company to dispute the charge, and hopefully I will get my money back for services that were not performed. Awful service. 100% SCAM. Stay away.

After having 2 snake sightings in recent months and being worried about copperheads that are nearby in the mountains, I found a website and emailed David for an ID on a snake skin we found in the backyard of our new home. David got back in less than 24 hours and confirmed with confidence that we were dealing with a harmless rat snake. I read that they can even help take care of bugs and mice, so we’re not totally upset by this confirmation! Thanks so much, David!

Don't know about wildlife removal, but David was wonderfully responsive, and re-assuring, in identifying a snakeskin I found on my roof. Yes, it was another harmless rat snake. This man knows his stuff, and I wouldn't hesitate to call on him for help with any living critters hanging out where they shouldn't be. Great resource!
