I understand why they have such a high rate of customer satisfaction. These guys are really good at what they do. From the person who answered the phone call until I got to actually talk to their owner after the job was done, I had nothing but good things to say because of the experience. They really do a good job, and make you feel like you matter. At least somebody understands how you're supposed to provide service.

Just tried calling for help because there’s a mouse in my apartment and the guy who picked up was extremely rude & unprofessional from the start. I get having some phone connection issues, but he was just so uninterested in talking or trying to talk clearer… Was ready to spend a good amount of money for help removing the mouse but he lost out.

We found two snake sheds in our yard in one week. We had not seen any snakes to date and were surprised by the find. One looked to be about 3-4 feet long but went into a hole and so it could have been much longer as it was quite wide. The other was complete, much thinner, and 5 feet long. I sent pictures in to see if we needed to be concerned as we have dogs. We were relieved to find out that they are rat snakes. That could explain the disappearance of the gophers I have been trying to get rid of.
