Talked to Madison concerning seeing a few roaches around my house but not an infestation, she suggested a one time roach treatment. She was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. If you ever have any questions about anything pest control related, she’s your girl!!! Recommend asking for Madison

When contacting Wings Services and speaking with Madisson, I had a very enjoyable experience. She knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. If all the personnel at Wings was like Madisson, this would be very thriving business and a very great place to work for.

I usually don’t post reviews but I could not let this one slide. My recent experience with this company was terrible. My husband and I were out of state during our last scheduled service. I called to inform them that we traveled out of the state and therefore, would like to cancel. No one picked up so I left a voicemail. Long story short, one of their technicians still came to our house and only treated the outside of the house despite my husband specifically telling him through the blink doorbell that no one was home and we called previously to cancel. They ended up charging me $159 for partial service that we didn’t authorized. When I called their boss to complain that I left a voicemail that we wanted to cancel, his response was that they don’t have a voicemail set up which was a lie! He also told me that their main service is usually the outside of the house and not the inside which was another lie. That was an excuse to justify his partial service that I did not authorized! I demanded for the charges to be reversed but he refused. I ended up filing a claim. I wouldn’t recommend this company. They have lazy technicians who only want to do the minimum. My advice is just go to Lowe’s and purchase the pesticide products you need. They have everything you need and You will end up spending a lot less! I also remember requesting that they treat the spiders in my house and the product they use was ineffective! I was a new homeowner when I signed up with these guys but now I know better.

I called first thing in the morning because I was completely rattled by aggressive wasps around my home. They were so understanding and were able to fit me in that same day, which honestly gave me such peace of mind! Max showed up and was kind, thorough, and very professional. He explained everything clearly, from the products they used to the safety steps in place, and even shared simple tips I could use for prevention and upkeep on my end. On top of handling the wasps, the treatment also cleared up some other pests we’d been dealing with, which was an unexpected relief. The price was more than fair for the quality of service and the size of my home. I couldn’t be more grateful! I would absolutely recommend them and won’t hesitate to call again in the future!
