Can't say enough about how hard it has to be to work in this Florida heat, but these guys were amazing. Also, the office support was amazing too! Great overall job!

I've been dealing with a recurring raccoon problem in my attic for over five years. Previously, another company poorly sealed the roof and soffit entry point after the first incident. As a result, the raccoons kept reentering the attic at the same spot due to the inadequate sealing. The most recent raccoon issue was worse, involving a pregnant raccoon with a nest in the attic above the master bedroom. After three sleepless nights from the noise, I decided it was time to get some quotes and serve Momma Raccoon with her eviction notice. I received three quotes, and two of them were three to four times more than World Class Wildlife's. Now, let's discuss my experience. She addressed all my questions, worked within my budget, and scheduled the initial quote and service—one of the absolute best customer service experiences I've had. Stephen, the technician, demonstrated extensive knowledge and professionalism throughout the job. He tackled each issue methodically and provided clear explanations. His courteous demeanor enhanced the experience, reflecting his commitment to quality and service. Stephen's positive attitude ensured satisfaction with the services. World Class Wildlife Removal & Rodent Remediation will be the ONLY call I make if I ever need these types of services in the future.

We had a roof inspector snap a photo of a squirrel living in our attic. We had no idea. So we called one place and they came out and said it would be $3000 to capture the squirrel and proof our home entries. We called World Class and for a fraction of the cost they did a fantastic job with a perfect solution. Ryan and Jamie were complete professionals. They got the job done as promised. Very pleased with World Class Wildlife Removal. I called them on a Saturday about repairing damaged soffit and making sure I didn't have any animals in my attic. They promptly called me back (on a Saturday!) and scheduled an inspection and estimate when I was available next week. Alex, the operations manager, arrived on time and wearing a face covering. He checked the attic and the rest of the house. He then provided an estimate to: (1) secure the crawl space and the attic; (2) repair the soffit with improved material; (3) place a trap in the attic and monitor for a few days to make sure there weren't any animals still up there; (4) secure the sewer drain pipe; and (5) upon completion, use a non-toxic disinfectant in the attic and crawl space. I was expecting an estimate in the thousands. Instead, their price was very reasonable and affordable. I also appreciated that the estimate was to secure the entire property. Not just a piece meal approach which only addressed the attic. The two employees who completed the exclusionary work today were excellent. Their repairs had an attention detail and high level of workmanship. They even added a few screws that were needed on my fence. I highly recommend this company.
