He was very thorough and answered all our questions. I tried to prepare in advance for his visit the best I could to move things away from outside walls and was overwhelmed and worried I hadn't been able to accomplish everything I was trying to do before he came. We have 3 rodent boxes outside of our house. They are checked and well kept. We have no problems. The rodent boxes have stopped rodents coming into my home. No problems once I got them 2 years ago.
