I recently utilized Xtermite services. I was so happy to not have to move out of my home for 3 days as normal with tenting. The inspection was very thorough, and they discussed the findings with me. After the treatment they discussed my warranty. The orange scent was actually quite pleasant and only lasted a few days. I encourage you to consider this company for your needs.

From start to finish, my experience with Xtermite was excellent. I've unfortunately had to deal with termite issues multiple times, and Xtermite stood out for their exceptional customer service. The two technicians who applied the treatment were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I don't write reviews often, but their level of service truly deserves recognition.

We found a pile of termite droppings on a corner in one of our bedrooms. We did some research and we decided to contact XTermite, Ricky was our inspector he did find termites and gave us a game plan. Ricky explained steps, warranty and price to take care of the termites. We set up a date to do the work but our plans changed a couple days later, I called Ricky to see if we could reschedule and he did accommodate. Kyle and Johnathan did the Extermination, both did a great job, they showed up on time, carefully set up their tools and did the work. After the work was completed they cleaned everything as if nothing had ever happened. Ricky, Kyle and Johnathan were super respectful to us and our home, we give them 10 out of 10. Thorough inspection. Fast service appointments. Daniel did a great job and left everything clean. For us tenting wasn’t an option. And this service hits the termites at the nest which is better than fog that can’t really penetrate drywall well. 2 year warranty is great as the critters tend to come back.
