I've used them for a year or two now and started off well but had horrible experiences of late. Someone came out to do a quarterly spraying and he was there for literally a few minutes and during the time he asked me if I would like him to spray the baseboards. I was really confused because he's the professional not me. So I told him to please do whatever he's supposed to do im not sure how to spray for bugs. Second bad experience. We had a millipead problem in our basement so they came and did whatever they did but it didn't help at all. I called back to ask them if they could come out and they said sure but they would have to charge me since it's been longer than 30 days. I explained that I've been busy and had a ton of pictures from immediately after their spraying from our cleaner and guests on multiple days but he said that doesn't matter im going to charge you. They refuse to stand by their quailty of work. So just beware they don't do a good job, don't care about customers and refuse to stand by their work! Yes Pest Pros was awesome! My mother is elderly and the customer service when scheduling this appointment was Awesome! She went above and beyond to accommodate mine and my mother's schedules! Then when the technician arrived he made sure she understood what he was doing and took extra time to make sure her little dog's area was treated very well and let her know when her dog could go back to his areas. I recommend Yes to anyone, there office staff and tech are professional and service tech is awesome!

We needed to find out if we had bed bugs or not. The service tech took his time, listened to the history we had of no bites and no live bugs. After close inspection of the bed, baseboards, sofa and curtains, he was able to confirm they were carpet beetles and not bed bugs. Appreciated the thorough inspection and friendliness of service tech.

I had them take care of some birds that had moved into our bathroom exhaust vents (including some that died) and had them bird-proof all of our vents. They did a great job and were very professional. There was a small issue, but when I brought it up with them they worked with me to get it fixed. Overall, very good experience, I would definitely call them again!

I can’t recommend YES Pest Pros enough! They came in treated my home and found the issue. I had no idea where my uninvited friends were coming from. Justin found the issue and exterminated it! I no longer feel my home is being invaded. The price, service and expertise all perfect! Thank you for helping me feel comfortable in my own home again!
