Starting in August 2024 I have been dealing with yellow jacks inside my apartment. I contacted the building super who attempted to help me with various sprays that didn't work. I also went to Home Depot and purchased items I was told by other ppl who claim to have experience the same problem with yellow jackets used that helped them. However nothing helped me. Everyday I woke up to bunches of bees dead and buzzing around my bedroom as well as my daughter's bedroom. Finally the landlord called Dave, who listened to me and watched my videos and looked at my pictures. Dave was very reassuring that he could handled the problem that was active for approximately 4 weeks. Dave actually made it possible for me to sleep in my bedroom again and my daughter's room was also bee free. Dave was definitely a professional who knew what he was doing and did it. Dave checked in with me and made himself available for updates. About a week after Dave's first visit I sent him a video of the bees in a different spot outside my window ( not inside my apartment thanks to Dave) I was still concerned about the new location of bees so I contacted Dave who arrived quickly at my building and once again took his time and as of today there are no more bees buzzing outside my windows. Thank you Dave for your professionalism.
