I sent an enquiry via the web yesterday and received a very quick response and he visited our home today (less than 24 hrs). A nice genuine person who was very professional, quickly assessed and dealt with a wasp nest in our roof. He then dealt with another wasps nest at no extra charge. An all round excellent service and can definitely recommend as will use him again ourselves.

Fantastic! Called Yorks out at the end of last summer as we had a wasps nest in our loft. Advised us that activity would stop in a few days so save the money and be patient; was spot on and the wasps disappeared. Called them again a couple of months later as I suspected we had a Rat in the loft, Mr York visited that evening and assessed; confirming we had a rat and nest - even showed us pictures of what he found up there. He baited and laid traps and advised us where he thought the rat was gaining access ( up some ivy ) within a couple of days activity / noises stopped and mr York revisited and removed what was left of his bait and traps; even said if we start Smelling rotting rat then let let him know and he'll come and remove the body. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and would certainly use him again. Fast, fairly priced and honest. Couldn't ask for more!
