Our technician, Phillip, treated our home for Yellow Jackets. He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable, letting my wife and I know each step of the process. He went the extra mile and checked our attic, which we greatly appreciated. Pest companies we've used in the past always seemed to do the bare minimum, trying to get in and out of the job as quickly as possible. Phillip taking the time to diagnose the problem, treat it, and check his work was greatly appreciated.

Phillip called me when he was 20 minutes out and showed up during the allotted timeframe when setting up service. Initially, Phillip treated for yellow jackets from the soffit and trim board on the outside and it seemed to do the trick. Then he asked if there was access to the attic. He went into the attic and located the nest. He came back out and said he found the nest. He dressed up in his bee keeper PPE outfit and went back into the attic and removed the nest. He was in the attic for over 20 minutes with the outside temps at 83 degrees: attic had to be over 110 degrees. Getting to the nest was a high degree of difficulty as he had to climb over a gap in a vaulted ceiling straddling joists. Phillip exceeded my expectations. He is very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He is a very valuable employee for your organization. Zuckerberg also provided same day service.

We have used Zuckerman twice now and will continue to use them for any future needs. They are extremely professional knowledgeable, punctual, and efficient.
